Should women be taking a more direct approach on dating apps?
Sexpert Nadia Bokody conducted a social experiment to find out the answer to this question.
The Australian YouTuber set up accounts on Tinder and Bumble, posing as a 30-year-old called Natalie.
She matched with 100 men – before asking them to meet her for sex.
Men tend to be unsuccessful when they try this tactic.
But love guru Nadia expected findings would be very different if she was the one doing the propositioning.
The vlogger said: “I have installed Tinder on my phone & have spent the last couples of hours madly swiping and trying to get my matches up…
“I went and downloaded another dating app – Bumble – and did another 80 or so matches on there. So I am set.
“What I’m going to do is send all of these guys a message asking them if they want to meet up for sex.
“The reason I’m doing this is because it’s something men do a lot to women on dating apps – and for the most part it’s very unsuccessful
“However, if the tables are turned and it’s the women doing the propositioning, will the answer be different?
“My suspicion is definitely yes – but we’re going to find out.”
After matching with 100 dating app users, Nadia sent the strangers a proposition.
She asked blokes if they wanted to meet for “no strings attached sex”.
And unsurprisingly, many of them wanted to take her up on the offer.
In one instance, a chap agreed to meet up within Nadia within the hour.
He replied: “Sure why not. I’m more than happy to meet you.”
While a whopping 72/100 of men agreed to meet Nadia for sex, others thought the offer seemed to good to be true.
Some questioned if the YouTuber was pulling a prank, with 24 refusing to answer the question.
Meanwhile, some blokes said casual sex wasn’t their thing.
One Bumble user replied to the proposition with the word “nope”, while another said: “God no. I am a man of respect.”
In total, four chaps rejected the vlogger.
Thankfully, Nadia isn’t actually planning to sleep with her 72 matches.
She would have to completely clear her diary to get through all those dates.
The vlogger is currently in a relationship – and her partner is fully on board with all of her barmy experiments.
Previously, Nadia tried wearing edible underwear for 24 hours.
And in the January, the relationship expert shared why she encourages her boyfriend’s porn habit.
