She alleged that after the incident, Leontowicz said, “I hope I didn’t scare you. I’ve scared girls before.”
The woman took photos of her injured face the next morning. She also went to Pasqua Hospital in Regina on Jan. 24, 2018 and reported the incident to Regina police on Jan. 26, 2018, according to the College’s documents.
“Ultimately, she was advised by the Regina Police Service lead investigator that no charges would be laid,” the decision states.
Leontowicz’s lawyer told the College Leontowicz denied making that comment after sex and said he agreed to put a condom back on at the woman’s request. He also said they had sex four times that evening and had not used protection in the last instance. He said the woman had agreed to “rough sex” and recalled slapping her “five to seven times,” according to the decision.
