A Glebe man has been hit with a third charge of sexual assault after allegedly attacking a woman at a home in Woollahra in November 2017.
Joshua Rini, 29, was charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent earlier this year after an investigation into two other separate allegations.
Police allege Mr Rini sexually assaulted the two women on separate occasions at a home in Glebe in 2019 after meeting them on the dating app Tinder.
As the investigation continued, detectives were contacted by a third woman, 25, who alleged she had also been sexually assaulted by Mr Rini.
The woman told police she had met the man through the same dating app.
Mr Rini attended Waverley police station, where he was met by detectives from Leichhardt Police Area Command and was charged with aggravated sexual assault, deprivation of liberty and breach of bail.
He has been refused bail and will appear at Waverley Local Court on Thursday. His earlier charges remain before the court.
