Reba McEntire issued a warning to fans about people impersonating her on social media with fake profiles.

On Wednesday evening (Aug. 3), the country music icon took to Twitter to alert fans of “to be aware of scams” and remind her followers that all of her official profile handles are @reba and are verified with blue check marks.

“Any other profile out there is a fake,” McEntire added.

The “Fancy” singer went on to tell fans that they should never receive a message from her asking for private information.

“I or any member of my team will never message you asking for personal information like your bank account,” McEntire continued. “I or any member of my team will never ask you to purchase any kind of gift card to send to me. There is no way to buy a personal meeting with me.”

McEntire urged fans not to interact with any account that is not an official representation of the country hitmaker.

“If you are messaging with any profiles asking for this, please do not engage with them. They are not officially associated with me or my organization,” McEntire added. ”Also, be aware of targeted scam advertising that says I am selling products like CBD gummies. They are also fake.”

The Country Music Hall of Famer also reminded her followers that the only way to purchase her official merchandise is through her official websites at http://Reba.com, http://Dillards.com or http://JustinBoots.com.

“You can never be too safe out there online,” she wrote. “If it seems fishy, trust your instincts and report the profile.”

With a recurring role on ABC’s Big Sky launching this fall and a new Lifetime movie in the works, Reba McEntire is busier than ever.

She’s also set to return to the road with a 17-city fall arena tour, launching on October 13.

“I can’t wait to see everyone out on the road again this fall,” McEntire shared. “We had so much fun in the spring and I’m ready to get back out there with my buddy Terri Clark!”
