Downtown Boise is a really lovely place. It doesn’t matter what time of day or frankly, what day of the week–it seems there’s something fun and positive going on in our streets. Whether it’s a bustling row of patios on 8th or a crowded club night at Hannah’s– we have it all.
Boise’s downtown is also very clean; which is so unique. Our local leaders do an amazing job of keeping streets clean and crime to a minimum!
Lately, while parking in downtown Boise–we’ve found flyers on our vehicles. It’s something that in our experience (and we go downtown a lot) is rare in Boise.

So you wander downtown Boise– you enjoy a meal, a drink, or shop at a local business. You return to your car and there’s something on your dash. Oh no! A parking ticket!?
No–it’s just some cash. Now you’re wondering; why did someone leave me this? Did they hit my car and run?
Plot twist–it’s counterfeit. In fact, it isn’t money at all…it’s a flyer. Dang–annoying.
The back of this fake ‘Million Dollar Bill’ is all about heaven and hell–it asks the reader where they’ll be going when they die. It also references Jesus (a first century Jewish-preacher–believed by Christians to be the son of God) and clarifies that it is not a fairytale!
