- Madison Prewett opened up about why she’s not dating after going on The Bachelor.
- She was rumored to be dating Connor Saeli, but she denied it.
Of all the ladies who had it pretty bad on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, Madison Prewett was pretty high up on that list. Not only was she intensely criticized for giving Peter an ultimatum before Fantasy Suites, but Barb and Peter’s family were really hard on her and even Peter and Nick Viall came out and called her a straight-up liar after the show as well. With an emotional roller coaster like that barely in her rearview, it’s understandable why she wouldn’t want to date anyone right now.
Talking to Elite Daily, Madison opened up about why she isn’t trying to find love right now, aside from the obvious quarantine obstacle. “After I go through something big in life—like a breakup, a transition, a move, a change, anything like that—I really try and take time to make sure my heart is in the best place,” she said. “That my heart, mind, and body are all healthy. I take time to really get back to the best version of myself and make sure I’m in a great place.”

And when people ask if she’s swiping through the apps or open to getting to know someone, she tells them, “I really haven’t even considered dates or anything like that. Anybody who’s asked, I’ve just been like, ‘Look, I’m just focusing on myself right now.’”
In March, Madison was rumored to be dating Connor Saeli after he was super cagey on Instagram Live when Mike Johnson asked him if he’d consider dating her. But less than a week later, Madison shut down those rumors and told E!, “He seems like a really sweet guy and he reached out right after the finale and just sent some encouragement and some support—really sweet, but that is it. We are not together. I am not with anyone right now. I am just focusing on myself and taking it one day at a time.”
There ya have it!
