Former Married At First Sight star Melissa Lucarelli sparked pregnancy rumours after sporting a bump during a night out.
After sharing photos of herself at an event she attended with former co-star Tamara Joy, Melissa was asked by one of her followers if she was expecting.
‘Are you pregnant?’ the fan asked, clearly referring to the 38-year-old’s bump.

Quick to shutdown the speculation, Mel shot back: ‘WOW! Yes I know it looks like I have a belly in these pics.
‘But that is mainly due to some unfortunate shadow. But also partly because I just ate brunch, and I am human.’
Realising their mistake, the apologetic fan responded: ‘Sorry, I was not trying to be rude you are always beautiful I was just curious not trying to be rude.’

Melissa shot to fame on the blockbuster sixth season of Married At First Sight last year.
During her time on the show, she was known for her quirky personality and almost decade long sex drought.
The semi-celibate star had promised herself that she’d end her drought in 2020, but recently revealed that the coronavirus pandemic had put a stop to her plans.

In a column for The Latch earlier this year, Mel wrote: ‘How do I meet and connect with someone while we are all in self-isolation?’
She continued: ‘And how the heck am I going to break the drought when we must keep a social distance of 1.5 metres?’
The former TV presenter admitted that she’d turned to online dating for the first time in her life in a bid to find love.

However, Melissa admitted that she’s already had trouble figuring out the online dating world and has been confused by all the apps on the market.
‘Bumble, Tinder, Her, Plenty of Fish, Happn, Zoosk, Ok Cupid, Badoo, Hingee… the list goes on and on, just like my man drought,’ she joked.
