#onlinedating | How online dating helped Jessica adopt Simon and Garfunkel – Life Matters | #bumble | #tinder | #pof

Depending on where you live in Australia, when it comes to online dating, there’s a lot of online and not much dating.

So what if you could meet virtually, be screened for compatibility, and then make one trip to bring them home?

This is not Farmer Wants a Wife, this is people in pandemic want a cat.

The Lost Dogs’ Home is using virtual platforms to introduce and screen cats and kittens to new owners looking for companionship in the pandemic.

The first virtual adopter was Jessica Jackson, a frontline worker, who ended up adopting Simon and Garfunkel, kittens who are bonded brothers.

This animal shelter has seen inundated for requests to adopt, and you can find out more here.

Guests:

Suzana Talevski, communications manager, the Lost Dogs’ Home
