Sutton Stracke proved that she is just like the rest of us when it comes to our suspicions about online dating. We would be lying if we said that the thought of our potential date turning out to be a serial killer didn’t cross our minds. The new cast member of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ shares similar paranoia when it comes to finding dates online. On the latest episode of ‘RHOBH’, we were introduced to Sutton’s boyfriend — Michael Mahoney.
When Sutton is asked how she met Michael, she hesitatingly says that she met him on a dating website. The reality star then reveals in her green room interview that she was initially apprehensive about trying out online dating because her biggest fear was that she might be trafficked into becoming a sex slave. She also fears that nobody will be able to see her again after she is dragged into the world of flesh trade. Thankfully for Sutton, her worst nightmares never came true. She seems to be in a happy and stable relationship. So she can kiss goodbye to her fears of becoming a sex slave. While Sutton’s paranoia was causing her a lot of anxiety, fans were amused by it. Several fans took to Twitter to tell Sutton that she had nothing to worry about.
A fan tweeted, “#RHOBH Sutton, trust me, no one would ever sell you into sex slavery, never! LOL.” Another fan wrote, “Hmm, Sutton worries about being sold for sex slavery… yeah, no worries girl. #RHOBH.” One more said, “I can’t. I just can’t — Sutton being sold into sex slavery while she was on match. She delivers some serious one liners. #RHOBH.” Another fan revealed, “I didn’t know whether to laugh or cringe at Sutton’s sex slavery comment #rhobh.” Fans also expressed how Sutton’s fears of online dating made her more relatable. A fan shared, “Sutton’s fear of Match dot com getting her sold into sex slavery is 100% the sort of thing my mother would have warned me about. I laughed out loud. I love her now. #RHOBH.” Another said, “I’m here for Sutton saying that she feared being sold into sex slavery via http://Match.com because that’s my fear toooooooooio #RHOBH.” One fan pointed out, “Sutton saying her fear of online dating is being sold into sex slavery forever is the ONLY thing I can relate with her on…… Guess she is just like the rest of us #RHOBH.”
