Revenge porn king ironically demands Google kill stories for use of his photos without consent

What a hypocrite!

Colorado revenge porn kingp Craig Brittain has asked Google to remove links to stories about his website being banned. Why? Because he says photographs of him in the articles were used without his consent, Rolling Stone reported.

Brittain posted hundreds of nude pictures of women, often without their knowledge or permission, on the now-defunct Isanybodydown.com.

The 28-year-old from Colorado Springs bragged that his site, launched in 2011, offered “a higher level of hatred” than rivals.

He boasted of raking in $3,000 per month from the seedy operation.

But it was banned by the Federal Trade Commission in January.

An investigation revealed he’d tricked women on Craigslist into sending him nude images. He was also found to have charged other victims up to $500 to have their snaps removed.

The ban was covered by news organizations across the world.

Now, crybaby Brittain is asking the search engine giant to scrap the links to the articles — because, he claims, they used photographs of him without his consent.

He’s reportedly sent a Digital Millenium Copyright Act take-down request to Google objecting to 23 articles that feature in its search rankings.

Ars Technica, who first spotted the filing, said it was unlikely he would be successful in his complaint.

“In this instance, fair use and general First Amendment principles are on Google’s and the media’s side,” wrote David Kravets.
