WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the Youth and Family Services Division – Internet Crimes Against Children Branch arrested two suspects Thursday and charged them with sex trafficking of children, according to a police release.
The first suspect, whom police identified as David Williams, 92, of Accokeek, Maryland, traveled to D.C. around 4:43 p.m. in order to engage in a commercial sex act knowing that the person was a child. When the Williams arrived on the scene, responding officers arrested him.
Later that same night, at 6:45 p.m., a second suspect, whom police identified as Richard Tounghui, 24, of Hyattsville, Maryland, traveled to D.C. to engage in a commercial sex act knowing that the person was a child. Responding officers arrested him.
MPD charged both Williams and Tounghui with sex trafficking of children.
