The suspects allegedly recruited minors and transported them in and around Omaha and Norfolk.

Four Omaha men have been indicted for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of a minor and individual counts of sex trafficking of minors, according to United States Attorney Joe Kelly’s office.
The suspects – Thomas Holbert, Lance Harper, Dalonte Foard and Glenn Whitney – allegedly recruited minors and transported them in and around Omaha and Norfolk.
Kelly’s office says the suspects allegedly placed online ads arranging “commercial sex acts” with the victims. The charges allege that the suspects used threats of violence and drugs to control the victims.
If convicted, the four face life imprisonment.
