Don’t even talk to me ’til I’ve had my speed …

Accused Sarah Lawrence sex-cult leader Larry Ray says cops illegally interrogated him because he was forced to answer questions without taking his Adderall — and he really needed it since he had downed NyQuil, Excedrin PM three hours earlier, new court papers say.

“I was taking Adderall four times a day, for many years, and had grown completely dependent on it,” the 61-year-old alleged sex-trafficking Svengali said in the Manhattan federal-court filing.

“The night before I was arrested, I arrived home late, around one. Before going to sleep, I took Nyquil, Excedrin PM, and a shot of vodka. I did not get in bed until around 2:45 a.m,’’ Ray said.

When cops then arrived at Ray’s New Jersey home around 6 a.m. Feb. 11 to arrest him, he griped in the papers, “My mouth was pasty. I hadn’t had my medication. I had difficulty when I tried to stand up.

“I was exceedingly groggy and exhausted,’’ said the suspect — who is accused of preying on classmates of his daughter at Sarah Lawrence in tony Bronxville in Westchester County, making half a million dollars pimping out one co-ed.

“I asked if I could take my medication, and they said no,’’ he claimed, referring to the officers.

The court papers note elsewhere that Ray asked to take pills from his daughter’s bottle because he didn’t have any more.

“Without it, my brain felt foggy, my thoughts were confused, and I had difficulty concentrating. I would never choose to talk to anyone without taking my medication,” Ray said.

“I told them I did not want to talk at the beginning and repeated this several times later, saying that I was too groggy and didn’t want to keep talking,’’ he said.

It wasn’t not clear what Ray might have told the cops that he may now want to suppress.

The ex-con, who did time for fraud — and once served as former  NYPD Commissioner Bernie Kerik’s best man at his wedding — has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex-trafficking and extortion.

As cops drove him from his house in custody, Ray griped that he suffered from mercury poisoning — and showed a female officer his teeth, “apparently so she could see how they had been affected,’’ according to the papers.

“Mr. Ray … stated that he had been poisoned by Kerik,’’ the papers said — referring to an accusation he had already leveled at the former top New York City cop and some of his alleged victims.

Kerik has denied the claim and called Ray “a psychotic con man.’’

Ray also griped in the court papers that the government far overreached itself with its seizures of his property in its investigation into him.

“The physical materials seized from Mr. Ray’s house and storage area alone are striking in their breadth,’’ his lawyers say in the papers.

“This seizure included personal photos of Mr. Ray’s family – children’s birthday parties, Halloween, and Christmas – from decades earlier. It included nearly one thousand pages of canceled checks from the 1990s, an address book from the 1980s, his daughter’s phone records from 2005, and his divorce records from 2004.

“It included recipes, grocery lists, and gripes about housemates not taking out the recycling,’’ the filing said.

Ray also is seeking to be released on bail pending trial — or at least to be given a laptop or tablet so he can monitor filings.
