A former senior bikie who claims to have been a sex worker is behind bars after being charged with drug trafficking. Police say they stopped Alexander Victor Miller, 30, in Phillip about 11am on Tuesday after spotting him driving while disqualified. Officers allegedly uncovered drugs, a knife and cash when they searched the car. Miller was subsequently charged with drug trafficking, possessing a prohibited substance, possessing property suspected to be the proceeds of crime, possessing a knife in a public place, possessing a drug of dependence and driving while disqualified. He appeared briefly in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning and did enter pleas or apply for bail. No further details of the alleged offences were given. The courts have previously heard Miller was a member of the Canberra chapters of the Comanchero and Nomads outlaw motorcycle gangs, serving as the latter’s sergeant-at-arms. In January, he claimed in court to have turned to life as a sex worker to fund a “debilitating” addiction. He is due back in court next month.
