DAILYMAIL AUSTRALIA – Apr 11 – Children as young as 13 are using Tinder to brag about how many matches they can get, according to a cyber safety expert Susan McLean. This is not good for a young girl’s self-esteem. The other issue is geolocation. Susan McLean said Tinder is dangerous for teenagers given there is no way of verifying the age of the person they are talking to. Legally the children can be on Tinder but it’s about educating them to make good decisions’, she said. Parents need to have conversations with them about why this is not a good idea.
