A protective order against the four boys accused of gang-raping a 15-year-old girl details her account of what happened.
According to the court documents, the girl went to school on Jan. 26. She was scheduled to take a test after school. When the test was over, she was supposed to be picked up, but after school, she said Johnathan Henderson pulled her to leave the school grounds with him. According to the account in the document, the victim told Henderson that she was scheduled to take a test, but he continued pulling on her body and physically prevented her from going back into the school.
The court documents say that because he delayed her from going back into the school in time for the test, she decided to leave the school grounds with him. According to her account of the day, she believed they were going to drive around and “hang out.”
According to the documents, the victim said John Delmoral, Boston Williams and Johnathan Henderson were in the car initially. The victim told the court that they met Terrel Skinner at his home and he followed the group in another car. The documents state that the group went to Boston Williams’ apartment.
According to the documents, the victim said she asked the group in the car to take her back to school and her request was ignored. According to the documents, the victim said she was sexually assaulted by all four boys inside Williams’ apartment. The protective order states that she continued asking to be taken back to school and her request was ignored.
According to the documents, the victim was finally taken back to school between 6:30 and 7 p.m. that night.
