• From Safety to Self-Compassion: Thursdays, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Deltassist, North Delta office, 9097 120th St.; This group is for women who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The group will create a safe environment for you to give voice to your story and feel validated. You will be encouraged to create your own internal and external safety. The group will cover topics like establishing boundaries, consolidating a sense of self, reflecting on the journey and cultivating a future from here on. Please note that this is an in-person group and Deltassist is taking all necessary precautionary measures to ensure everyone’s safety to minimize the transmission of COVID-19. • Canadian Federation of University Women, North Delta/Surrey: CFUW is a national non-partisan, voluntary, self-funded organization working to improve the status of women and to promote human rights, public education, social justice and peace.
